Requirements
- Master's degree in business/economics with specialization in Procurement, Food Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field with very good results
- Relevant internships in above mentioned area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complexity
- Quick learning ability, adaptability to new and changing environments, open and pro-active personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Fluency in English (min. B2); any additional European language is a plus
Tasks
- Analyze market trends
- Define assortment ranges
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Handle contracts
- Collaborate with international wholesale entities
- Gain insights in International Trading Offices
- Monitor food and non-food Quality Assurance
- Develop expertise in Quality Assurance
- Deep-dive into strategic Own Brands division
- Ensure article ranges meet customer needs
- Ensure packaging meets customer needs
