Requirements

  • •Excellent master’s degree in Engineering, Facility and Real Estate Management, Environmental Management, Architecture IT, Science, Business or related field
  • •Commitment to future leadership or Senior roles
  • •International experience, preferably through extended stay abroad
  • •Strong team and communication skills
  • •Resilience and drive to make things happen
  • •Initial experience and interest in digitalization
  • •Proficiency in common IT applications/systems
  • •Excellent English skills
  • •Willingness to learn German

  • •Rotate through local and international departments
  • •Execute independent projects within the trainee program
  • •Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other trainees
  • •Participate in leadership talks and training sessions
