Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or comparable
  • Initial project management experience
  • Confident use of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Process affinity and interest in digital solutions
  • Independent, structured working style and hands-on mentality
  • Understanding of people, requirements, and complex interrelations
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • Motivation to proactively shape and improve topics
  • Very good German and English skills

Tasks

  • Support the Customer Success team
  • Consult existing customers on software usage
  • Provide personal guidance for sustainable software adoption
  • Assist with technical support to understand customer needs
  • Gain insights into software implementation and consulting
  • Analyze and optimize business processes
  • Digitalize property management workflows
  • Coordinate and document customer communication
  • Conduct regular customer reviews
  • Manage tasks and sub-projects independently

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
