Requirements

  • •Degree in health care, science, or medical vocational education
  • •Advanced training in clinical research
  • •German C1 level and good English command
  • •Flexibility for regular travel and driving license
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • •Effective time management and priority management
  • •Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • •Availability to start on 1.Mar.2026

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • •Maintain appropriate documentation for all site visits
  • •Support the development of subject recruitment plans
  • •Establish regular lines of communication with assigned sites
  • •Administer protocol and related study training to site staff
  • •Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices
  • •Escalate quality issues through the appropriate channels
  • •Track regulatory submissions and recruitment progress
  • •Manage case report form completion and data query resolution
