- Oversee asset management activities, including budgeting and strategic planning
- Ensure regular investor reporting
- Prepare investor meeting materials
- Assist the team in evaluating, structuring, and closing real estate transactions
- Participate in the due diligence process
- Analyze value enhancement opportunities for existing and future portfolios
- Supervise external accountants
- Perform financial controlling activities
- Manage financial consolidation
- Prepare investor reports
- Generate reports for banks, IPD, and US GAAP
- Enhance general analysis for local mandates
- Improve planning for local mandates
- Prepare and follow up on financial budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements for German business
