Requirements

  • •Capture sustainable alpha in a fast-moving trading environment
  • •Take ownership of trading P&L and manage market-making operations
  • •Ensure competitive pricing, tight spreads, and consistent execution quality
  • •Identify inefficiencies and optimize pricing, hedging, and execution
  • •Dynamically monitor and adjust trading parameters for inventory and risk
  • •Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers on algorithms
  • •Analyze trading performance and propose enhancements for improvement
