- Experience within beauty or lifestyle brands
- Experience managing retailer relationships
- Close collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Close collaboration with sales teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple retail timelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High execution standards
- Patience in external retail relationships
- Diplomacy in external retail relationships
- Professionalism in external retail relationships
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced scale-up environment
- Fluent in English

Tasks
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies
- Focus on Sephora and European markets
- Create launch plans and retail activations
- Implement promotional strategies for in-store and online presence
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers on retailer-specific campaigns
- Partner with Creative team on in-store displays and POS materials
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Equip sales teams with tools and commercial arguments
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and brand advocacy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Track and report trade marketing performance
- Optimize strategies for strong ROI and KPI alignment
