- Analyze customer processes and data sources using standardized interviews
- Conduct scenario-based prototype walkthroughs
- Perform expert interviews with domain specialists
- Capture regulatory interpretation nuances and industry-specific constraints
- Triangulate insights from customer and expert interviews
- Refine design principles based on empirical evidence
- Iteratively enhance the prototype mock-up to meet customer needs
- Utilize qualitative analysis tools like MaxQDA for data analysis
- Translate empirical insights into technically grounded design principles
