  • •Computer skills: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Chat-Bot, Large Language Models, IT Design and IT Architecture

  • •Practical experience with corporate customers or basic knowledge regarding EU Taxonomy

Tasks

  • •Prepare and conduct expert interviews with selected SAP customers
  • •Derive design principles for an AI-based prototype from customer requirements
  • •Evaluate an existing AI-supported prototype for eligibility screening under the EU Taxonomy
  • •Analyze customer processes and data sources using standardized interviews
  • •Conduct scenario-based prototype walkthroughs
  • •Perform expert interviews with domain specialists
  • •Capture regulatory interpretation nuances and industry-specific constraints
  • •Triangulate insights from customer and expert interviews
  • •Refine design principles based on empirical evidence
  • •Iteratively enhance the prototype mock-up to meet customer needs
  • •Utilize qualitative analysis tools like MaxQDA for data analysis
  • •Translate empirical insights into technically grounded design principles
