Tasks
- Sell innovative cardiological products to clinics and practices
- Develop deep understanding of account stakeholders and networks
- Analyze patient pathways from symptom to diagnosis and therapy
- Identify customer needs
- Advise physicians with expert knowledge
- Utilize modern sales techniques, omnichannel strategies, and digital channels
- Continuously optimize customer support
- Exchange information closely with colleagues
- Develop specific territory plans with cross-functional teams
- Implement coordinated measures with Medical, Access, and Marketing colleagues
- Foster trusting collaboration
- Deepen existing business relationships
- Improve the lives of people with serious illnesses
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Prioritize customer needs to advance patient care with innovative therapies
