Requirements
- Graduate of recognised flight test school
- EASA ATPL (A), Class 1 Medical, and Flight Test Rating
- Experience in flight test organisation
- Negotiation level English skills
- Experience on multi crew transport aircraft
- Airbus Type Rating (A320, A330/350, A340, or A380)
- Operational experience in airline environment
- Beginner or intermediate German language
- Beginner or intermediate French language
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Sustainable long-term perspective

Tasks
- Prepare and execute production test flights
- Conduct customer acceptance flights
- Perform technical flight tests on in-service aircraft
- Execute maintenance check flights
- Test corporate jet conversions
- Conduct ground and flight production test activities
- Serve as Captain or First Officer
- Conduct development and research test flights
- Perform certification and demonstration flights
- Execute training flights
- Perform flight test manoeuvres safely and accurately
- Recognize and recover from dangerous flight conditions
- Ensure safety and efficiency of each flight
- Lead and participate in detailed briefings
- Conduct thorough debriefings for test activities
- Prepare and review detailed test reports
- Identify and report product safety issues
- Monitor certification and in-service efficiency issues
- Act as internal first customer for quality
- Ensure product safety before aircraft delivery
- Support marketing and sales campaigns
- Assist with designated customer support activities
- Present testing results using effective communication
- Plan and schedule flight crews
- Manage flight safety and crew representation
