- •Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical, or Telecom Engineering
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- •Hands-on experience with automation tools (NI TestStand, Python)
- •Experience in manufacturing test environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- •Proficiency in NI TestStand for automated test sequencing
- •Strong programming skills in C#/C and Python for scripting and automation
- •Experience in developing test software and drivers for automated systems
- •Knowledge of algorithms for optical power, wavelength, and signal integrity calibration
- •Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and optimize test processes
- •Ability to work in a global team environment

- •Architect test concepts for WDM telecom devices
- •Design and document test hardware and software
- •Support and maintain existing test solutions
- •Develop complex algorithms for calibrating optical devices
- •Define necessary test processes with R&D
- •Collaborate to develop test steps, drivers, and automated sequences
- •Ensure test solutions meet design specifications
- •Coordinate with contract manufacturers for production transfer
- •Support implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- •Drive continuous improvements for higher quality at lower test costs
