Tasks

  • Manage assigned territory to meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Develop strategic plans and implement actions to achieve optimal results
  • Gain and increase product knowledge through formal training and industry research
  • Maintain alignment with company quality policy and protect proprietary information
  • Communicate new ideas to product development promptly
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Globus Medical products and major competitors
  • Provide regular feedback on product development, new accounts, sales performance, and market trends
  • Build relationships with key spine surgeon customers
  • Manage consignments and loaner inventory, moving sets between accounts as needed
  • Regularly communicate with the Area Director to review business plan status
  • Create and implement an annual business plan with quarterly updates
  • Manage travel expenses within budget
  • Effectively manage qualified Associate Spine Specialists
  • Adhere to company Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, and MedTech Code
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Complete introductory and annual compliance training
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical business practices
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethical and socially responsible conduct
