- •Kaufmännische, zahnmedizinische oder pharmazeutische Ausbildung
- •Abgeschlossene Pharmareferentenausbildung (§75)
- •2-3 Jahre Außendiensterfahrung im Bereich Konsumgüter, Kosmetik oder OTC
- •Freude am aktiven Verkauf
- •Arbeitsweise mit anspruchsvollen Zielen
- •Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- •Faktenbasierte und überzeugende Verhandlungsweise
- •Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- •Gute Englischkenntnisse
- •Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit der Google Suite
- •Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM Systemen

Tasks
- •Represent the Meridol and Elmex brands to dentists and pharmacies
- •Manage and support existing customers within the assigned territory
- •Organize territory coverage independently to meet visit frequency goals
- •Strengthen market position through continuous brand building
- •Foster close long-term relationships with dental practices and pharmacies
- •Achieve budgeted sales targets and recommendation rates
- •Advise and support staff on product sales and applications
- •Conduct training and educational measures for professional staff
- •Represent the company at trade fairs and congresses
