- •Identify, document, and resolve project issues or delays
- •Contribute to organizational process improvement efforts
- •Support future project and resource planning
- •Run weekly project and status meetings
- •Document and share meeting notes
- •Collaborate with the Taiwan office
- •Monitor development, manufacturing, testing, and production activities
- •Ensure projects meet schedules and management standards
- •Prepare data, reports, and dashboards
- •Support development and training for PMO tools
- •Improve and apply project management methodologies
