- •Strong entrepreneurial drive and visionary mindset
- •Proven track record in leading complex projects
- •Experience with innovation/maker spaces
- •Strong project management and coordination skills

- •Excellent communication skills to mediate effectively
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Take ownership of building the TechSpace from the ground up
- •Coordinate strategic conception and planning for the TechSpace
- •Manage initial construction and collaborate with technical and architectural partners
- •Plan, procure, and install software and hardware infrastructure
- •Ensure smooth operation of prototyping infrastructure, including Robotics and 3D printing
- •Build a TechSpace community and develop user-centric offerings
- •Conceptualize and organize workshops, Prototyping Sprints, and events
- •Develop and implement a sustainable business model for the TechSpace
- •Secure long-term viability through budget and personnel management
- •Provide hands-on technical expertise in AI, Robotics, and Manufacturing
- •Act as a primary sparring partner for Startups and Corporate innovation teams
