Requirements

  • University degree in life sciences or equivalent
  • Understanding of DP production or packaging
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of GMPs and ICH guidelines
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in matrix organizations
  • Self-driven and autonomous workstyle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and German skills

Tasks

  • Lead site-level technology transfer activities
  • Manage compounding and filling transfers
  • Oversee assembly and packaging transfers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams
  • Support registration strategies and activities
  • Initiate change requests for transfers
  • Manage material numbers and introductions
  • Support project planning and board reporting
  • Write manufacturing process transfer documents
  • Establish local transfer procedures and templates
  • Drive process improvements for product transfers

Education

  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
