Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in relevant field or university degree
- GMP knowledge in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Some experience in training
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Cornerstone on Demand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs
- Develop training curricula and instructional materials
- Facilitate training sessions using various instructional techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
- Ensure compliance of training activities and materials
- Manage training resources, including venues and equipment
- Leverage Learning Management Systems to track training activities
- Stay updated on trends and technologies in training and development
- Connect regularly with management on training progress and challenges
