Technical Trainer(m/w/x)
Delivering and designing technical training programs for automotive OEM's Global Learner Journey. 3+ years OEM technical training experience with curriculum design required. Flexible working hours, hybrid working policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years OEM technical training experience, including design and curriculum development
- Strong automotive and electrical knowledge, including diagnostic processes
- Recognized automotive qualification (advantageous)
- High Voltage Certification (advantageous)
- Trainer certification or industry-recognized accreditation (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft 365, Authorware Synthesis, and Articulate
- Experience with international stakeholders and cross-market collaboration (desirable)
- Customer-centric mindset with strong ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and proactive
- Strong prioritization skills
- Passion for learning and coaching
- Willingness to travel as required
Tasks
- Deliver engaging and effective technical training.
- Adhere to Hyundai Motor Europe training standards.
- Apply Trainer Accreditation methodology.
- Contribute to the design of Global Learner Journey programs.
- Continuously improve Global Learner Journey programs.
- Deploy technical Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Ensure consistent capability development across markets.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer across markets.
- Develop technical training materials, curricula, and learner journeys.
- Localize training materials, curricula, and learner journeys.
- Refine training materials, curricula, and learner journeys.
- Assess internal and external participants.
- Evaluate participants against Global Learner Journey standards.
- Ensure consistent evaluation of participants.
- Ensure competency alignment.
- Identify, coordinate, and prioritize resources for training delivery.
- Ensure operational readiness for training.
- Liaise with market stakeholders before training delivery.
- Confirm preparedness for training.
- Secure logistical and delivery requirements.
- Ensure quality, relevance, and consistency of training delivery.
- Support Learner Journey outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Technical Training Manager.
- Collaborate with market training representatives.
- Collaborate with global Technical Training Development teams.
- Collaborate with Hyundai Motor Europe partners.
