- •State-certified technician or master craftsman training
- •Experience in managing employees and occupational health and safety
- •Sound knowledge of VDE DIN 0100 standards
- •Experience in technical and organizational work environment of a factory
- •Manual dexterity
- •Ability to work independently
- •Organizational talent
- •High service orientation, communication skills and reliability
- •Ability to work in a team
- •Enjoyment of measurements and documentation
- •IT skills (Excel, Outlook, SAP)
- •Fluent German and good English skills

Tasks
- •Ensure electrotechnical occupational health and safety
- •Supervise and plan deployment of electrical engineering support staff
- •Perform small electrical installations for sockets, lights, and network connections
- •Coordinate with external companies for installations
- •Conduct tests according to DGUV V3 / BetrSichV standards
- •Carry out ESD installation and measurements in the cleanroom
- •Perform performance measurements on production systems
- •Engage in electrical engineering activities for safety systems and factory infrastructure
- •Assist factory departments in obtaining and reviewing electrotechnical offers
- •Evaluate and document completed work
- •Serve as an interface to other factory areas
