Technical Systems Manager(m/w/x)

You will drive engineering excellence by managing technical systems from initial design through to final testing, ensuring all deliverables meet the company's high standards for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• •Experience in Fluidized Bed Equipment design
• •Degree in Mechanical and Plant Engineering or comparable qualification
• •Understanding of engineering processes and design methods
• •Knowledge of Inventor 3D and AutoCAD Mechanical
• •Knowledge in vessel design and international standards
• •Reliable and solution-oriented working style
• •Teamwork and strong communication skills

Tasks

• •Coordinate engineering activities for assigned technical systems
• •Support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• •Initiate engineering tasks and analyze technical contracts
• •Prepare design and inspection plans during project startup
• •Lead and report on engineering work packages
• •Plan resources and assign packages to external partners
• •Monitor external partner performance regarding budget and timing
• •Conduct technical meetings and facilitate risk assessments
• •Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• •Prepare and oversee technical procurement specifications
• •Provide technical support during equipment fabrication
• •Collaborate with vendors and the QA/QC department
• •Integrate design-to-service concepts into engineering solutions
• •Support budget planning and project engineering requirements
• •Approve deliverables and manage technical clarifications
• •Handle change management processes
• •Document lessons learned and manage technical handovers
• •Support customer acceptance and performance testing
