Requirements

  • Laboratory apprenticeship or technician degree or Bachelor degree
  • Professional English and German language skills
  • cGMP experience and medical device work experience
  • IT affinity and MS Office experience

  • Handle routine project activities
  • Participate in test handling
  • Review test results
  • Establish new testing procedures

  • Work with various testing equipment
  • Manage calibration requirements

  • Provide technical support for functional, physical, and chemical testing
  • Offer technical advice to global lab customers
  • Execute R&D lab test portfolio
  • Sustain and revise test methods
  • Conduct product functional tests
  • Perform material functional tests
  • Execute CCI tests for elastomer, plastic, and aluminum products
  • Handle solvent testing
  • Conduct material tests with reducing substances
  • Perform coloration and visual/microscopic inspections
  • Develop new or modified functional test methods
  • Describe test methods
  • Qualify test methods
  • Manufacture or purchase specialty equipment accessories
  • Maintain and calibrate functional equipment
  • Review documentation and data
  • Communicate with internal and external sources
