Tasks

  • Establish primary processing parameters for prototyping
  • Specify parameters for commercial manufacturing
  • Scale up and roll out new process technologies
  • Support the implementation of newly developed products
  • Provide processing specifications to R&D and GSC
  • Ensure product quality through process control
  • Qualify new and upgraded processing lines
  • Validate individual equipment for commercial production
  • Design new lines with Global Supply Chain
  • Provide technical support for new or modified blends
  • Optimize manufacturing processes through data analysis
  • Improve and develop primary processing techniques
