Requirements

  • Degree in technical field or technical training
  • Additional qualification (e.g., real estate economist)
  • Solid technical experience in property/facility management
  • Commercial real estate experience
  • Independent and self-reliant working style
  • Strong network of craftsmen and service providers

  • Flexibility and assertiveness
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CAFM systems, especially getFM & Singu
  • Experience with ERP/Property Management systems, especially Yardi

Tasks

  • Ensure operational technical property management
  • Monitor compliance with maintenance and inspection plans
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with public authorities on technical installations
  • Assess and recommend CapEx and repair measures
  • Commission and coordinate CapEx and repair projects
  • Supervise external service providers
  • Manage warranty and insurance claims
  • Prepare and control budgets
  • Tender for construction and technical projects
  • Manage project costs, quality, and timelines
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Collaborate with commercial property managers and asset management

Work Experience

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
