In this role, you will oversee facility management across a multi-brand store portfolio, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and driving proactive maintenance to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• •Completed vocational training in construction trades, technical fields, or degree in Facility Management or similar disciplines
• •3–5 years of professional experience in facility management
• •Experience with stakeholder management
• •Experience managing external suppliers and follow-up on contractual obligations
• •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
• •Effective communication and collaboration across teams
• •Strong analytical thinking, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• •Resilience and adaptability

Tasks

• •Plan and manage facility investments across the store portfolio
• •Ensure asset lifetime aligns with evolving business needs
• •Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracts
• •Monitor and analyze cost performance against budgeted amounts
• •Provide regular forecasts and drive cost-effective solutions
• •Act as a service provider to internal stakeholders
• •Ensure high-quality support and adherence to health and safety standards
• •Implement the market facility strategy into operational actions
• •Understand business needs and develop effective facility plans
