Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar level of experience
  • •3+ years of professional experience in managing individual software projects and development teams
  • •Professional experience in managing mobile or voice assistant / xR development projects
  • •Focus on managing and orchestrating the entire customer experience and journey
  • •Solid knowledge of project management processes and methodologies (agile/scrum)
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Self-directed and independent working style
  • •Analytical and structured approach
  • •German and English, both fluent in speaking and writing

Tasks

  • •Manage international and multifunctional development teams remotely
  • •Develop project and customer strategies considering the entire customer journey
  • •Analyze and validate customer needs through workshops and planning
  • •Plan and execute project kick-off meetings
  • •Define and coordinate project goals and success criteria
  • •Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
  • •Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • •Perform administrative duties including documentation and KPI reporting
  • •Apply classic and agile project management methods
  • •Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • •Communicate proactively with all personnel to encourage collaboration and problem-solving
