- Own program schedule and resource planning
- Coordinate milestone deliverables
- Ensure smooth transition to high-volume production
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Define tasks and work packages
- Ensure on-time, in-quality program completion
- Collaborate with Product Management, PDK, Modeling, and IP teams
- Communicate effectively at technical and executive levels
- Engage with internal and external customers
