- •Track delivery metrics and roadmap milestones
- •Identify and mitigate risks and blockers
- •Coordinate the release process for messaging features
- •Prepare documentation and release notes
- •Align with support teams for smooth onboarding
- •Manage the feature and platform lifecycle
- •Recommend feature deprecation based on data
- •Maintain technical and API documentation
- •Balance business features with technical debt
- •Prioritize observability and reliability improvements
