Requirements

  • •Familiarity with developer tools, documentation platforms, and API management solutions
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve products and developer journeys
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics simply
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and customer support
  • •Experience in identity verification, fintech, or regulated industries
  • •Knowledge of API security, authentication, and compliance standards

Tasks

  • •Own the public API product strategy and roadmap
  • •Manage the full API lifecycle from design to deprecation
  • •Deliver a best-in-class developer experience with clear documentation
  • •Create tutorials, SDKs, and sandbox environments
  • •Act as the main point of contact for developer feedback
  • •Represent the developer voice in product decisions
  • •Ensure efficient implementation of use-cases for developers
  • •Lead communication for API changes, including release notes
  • •Provide migration guides and proactive outreach
  • •Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and customer teams
