  • •Drive the strategic success of the SCI product suite
  • •Collect, validate, and consolidate feature requests and market requirements
  • •Translate feature requests into clear roadmap items with defined business impact
  • •Manage stakeholders to identify synergies between SCI and other products
  • •Coordinate roadmap and releases with key stakeholders
  • •Ensure SCI products meet standards for scalability, reliability, security, and user experience
  • •Improve operational efficiency and simplify customer onboarding
  • •Define and own product-specific performance and success KPIs
  • •Monitor KPIs and use data to steer the roadmap
  • •Provide regular product performance updates to key stakeholders
  • •Champion communication and stakeholder management for SCI
