Technical Product Manager - Platform & Integration(m/w/x)
Defining vision and roadmap for shared platform and integration capabilities for enterprise messaging solutions. 8+ years technical B2B product management experience required. Mobile working, flexible hours.
Requirements
- 8+ years Product Management experience, ideally in technical B2B/enterprise software, platform, integration, API, or cloud products
- Proven expertise in platform and integration domains (APIs, gateways, IAM, data exchange, enterprise integration patterns)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architectures and translating technical dependencies to product requirements, prioritization, and platform strategies
- Experience with shared platform capabilities supporting multiple products, teams, and customer scenarios consistently and reusably
- Experience managing integrations with internal systems, customer environments, and third-party enterprise platforms
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Product, GTM, Architecture, Engineering, Security, and customer-facing teams
- Hands-on mindset, comfortable diving into APIs, technical concepts, specifications, customer integration scenarios, and operational details
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, balancing strategic platform evolution with practical delivery needs
- Business-fluent (C1) German and English, both written and spoken
Tasks
- Define vision, roadmap, and priorities for shared platform and integration capabilities
- Translate business, customer, security, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams
- Prioritize platform investments to increase reuse, reduce fragmentation, and improve integration
- Establish common standards for API usability, access models, developer experience, and integration lifecycle
- Drive decisions on build vs. buy, integration patterns, and extensibility frameworks
- Support customer-facing integration initiatives by coordinating requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor platform adoption, integration performance, reliability, and operational feedback
- Champion communication and stakeholder management for Platform and Integration
- Ensure transparent and regular updates on product status, roadmap decisions, and upcoming releases
