  • •Translate market requirements into clear roadmap items
  • •Manage stakeholders to identify synergies with other products
  • •Coordinate roadmap and releases with key stakeholders
  • •Ensure Messaging products meet standards for scalability and reliability
  • •Improve operational efficiency of Messaging products
  • •Define and own performance and success KPIs for Messaging
  • •Monitor KPIs and use data to steer the roadmap
  • •Provide regular product performance updates to stakeholders
  • •Champion communication and stakeholder management for Messaging
