- Own end-to-end strategy and development of agentic solutions
- Define product vision and align with business objectives
- Oversee cross-functional execution of projects
- Establish and promote best practices for reusability and scalability
- Plan and re-engineer processes for agentic solutions
- Convert business requirements into epics and user stories
- Meticulously plan and manage sprints
- Steer projects from concept to delivery
- Facilitate workshops for project structuring and execution
- Champion adoption of agentic and generative AI
- Collaborate closely with engineering team
- Align technical POCs and continuous testing
- Define and monitor KPIs for impact measurement
- Deliver AI Agent projects end-to-end in an agile setup
