Technical Product Lead(m/w/x)

Description

You will act as a founder within the organization, scaling the Learning vertical from its early stages to significant revenue while owning the entire product journey from strategy to execution.

Requirements

• •Engineering background, close collaboration with engineers, or strong technical curiosity
• •Knowledge of APIs and ability to read API documentation
• •Strong product taste, intuition, and good judgement
• •Responsibility for outcomes and ownership mindset
• •Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• •Entrepreneurial mindset and founder experience or aspirations
• •Strategic thinking combined with detail-oriented execution
• •Focus on revenue, adoption, and customer interaction

Tasks

• •Chart the product roadmap and strategy for all Learning use cases
• •Prioritize initiatives while working closely with product engineers
• •Bring structure to sales requests and customer use cases
• •Conduct customer interviews and attend industry conferences
• •Educate the company on recruiting use cases for the API
• •Support sales and success teams during high-stakes prospect calls
• •Coach engineers and serve as the primary product stakeholder
• •Scope solutions for bulk course creation initiatives
• •Represent the company at major industry events like Learning Technologies France
• •Manage the closing and onboarding process for key customers
• •Evaluate technical standards like SCORM for strategic product fit
• •Balance product quality with high-velocity execution
