Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in tech-business interface role
  • •Advanced SQL skills and proficient database knowledge
  • •Hands-on experience in incident handling and root cause analysis
  • •Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • •Ability to read and interpret logs and payloads
  • •Proficient with Postman or similar API testing tools
  • •Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • •Experience in eCommerce
  • •Experience with middlewares

  • •Take full ownership of all data flows, including product, pricing, orders, shipments, and cancellations
  • •Handle incidents and investigate technical bugs to identify root causes
  • •Communicate investigation results and recommended resolutions to application teams
  • •Leverage insights from investigations to implement long-term preventative measures
  • •Define and lead end-to-end testing strategies for critical initiatives
  • •Ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality deployments
  • •Establish and optimize processes for bug lifecycle management
  • •Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners to share best practices
