- Handle incidents and investigate technical bugs to identify root causes
- Communicate investigation results and recommended resolutions to application teams
- Leverage insights from investigations to implement long-term preventative measures
- Define and lead end-to-end testing strategies for critical initiatives
- Ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality deployments
- Establish and optimize processes for bug lifecycle management
- Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners to share best practices
