- •Experience with OTA platforms or products
- •Experience as Product, Platform, or Program Manager
- •Ability to converse with software engineers
- •Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- •Excitement about the role and mission
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the OTA platform
- •Evaluate internal development capabilities against off-the-shelf solutions
- •Make strategic make-or-buy decisions for software components
- •Collaborate with engineering, safety, and business development teams
- •Manage and prioritize the platform backlog and technical debt
- •Define the end-to-end technical OTA solution with architects
- •Incorporate encryption and authentication for security compliance
- •Establish technical requirements for embedded software interfaces
- •Translate high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories
- •Track and report on update success rates and system reliability
