- Ensure designs suit mass production
- Ensure compliance with market regulations
- Collaborate with production teams in Germany and Asia
- Solve problems with high autonomy
- Plan R&D team activities
- Estimate complexity and cost
- Collaborate with leadership on deadlines and features
- Empathetically support team members
- Improve engineering and design knowledge
- Share knowledge across the Focusrite group
