Requirements

  • •Proven experience with Bare Metal as a Service (BMaaS) and GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) concepts
  • •Familiarity with infrastructure providers such as Hetzner, OVHcloud, CoreWeave, or NeoCloud
  • •Competence in designing, building, and scaling complex distributed backend systems
  • •Deep understanding of diverse AI workloads and corresponding compute and data orchestration strategies
  • •Extensive background in AI/Machine Learning infrastructure, distributed compute, or high-performance computing
  • •Readiness to operate remotely with regular in-person collaboration sessions in Zug, Hamburg, and other European locations
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
  • •Experience with decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN) or managing dynamic compute resource allocation

Tasks

  • •Lead the technical vision for GPU and compute infrastructure
  • •Make architectural decisions and choose technology stacks
  • •Develop deployment strategies for projects
  • •Collaborate with the executive team on technical architecture
  • •Guide hardware providers in selecting appropriate hardware and data centers
  • •Assist service providers in identifying optimal hardware clusters for workloads
  • •Translate market vision into a high-performance decentralized system
