- •10+ years of experience in backend software development
- •Expert-level proficiency in GoLang
- •Hands-on experience building AI-native applications
- •Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration
- •Strong understanding of event-driven architectures
- •Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks
- •Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines
- •Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows
- •Experience building internal SDKs or libraries

- •Design and build complex conversational states and communication protocols
- •Set the standard for AI development and influence technical direction
