Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years capital project engineering/delivery experience as Technical Engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or building & utilities
  • Project management skills with professional designation preferred (PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PMQ, Prince2)
  • Regulatory knowledge with familiarity of GMP, FDA, building & construction regulations/standards
  • Project management experience managing safety, budgets, schedules, risk, and resources for multi-discipline capex projects
  • Stakeholder and people management skills working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
  • Project management/controls skills managing budgets, schedules, communication, changes, risks, and resources
  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree with professional engineering designation preferred (PE, P.Eng., Charter Eng)
  • Fluent German and English

Tasks

  • Manage or support small investment projects
  • Oversee project phases including budget and scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate between various stakeholders
  • Integrate different technical interfaces
  • Support R&D CTM Team projects
  • Deliver end-to-end capital projects up to €5M
  • Handle project initiation, feasibility, design, execution, C&Q, handover, and close-out
  • Report monthly on project KPIs for safety, cost, schedule, and resources
  • Adhere to Sanofi, local, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Implement construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP, and FDA regulations
  • Foster a safety-first, quality-always culture
  • Implement SMS 2.0 and TRT ways of working
  • Lead and support 3rd party contractor and supplier management
