Requirements

• •Completed studies in Technical Documentation or Engineering
• •Several years of experience in technical documentation
• •In-depth knowledge of ECM requirements
• •Experience with XML-based editorial systems
• •Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication skills in German and English
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with departments

Tasks

• •Produce and maintain technical documentation for rail vehicles.
• •Ensure documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
• •Implement and document changes based on new findings.
• •Verify accuracy and currency of all technical documentation.
• •Assist and monitor validation processes for documentation.
• •Collaborate with quality assurance teams during validation.
• •Create and edit documentation in the COSIMA system.
• •Utilize modern techniques to optimize documentation processes.
• •Work with internal departments to improve documentation quality.
• •Identify and implement optimization opportunities in documentation.
• •Coordinate translation of technical documentation into various languages.
• •Ensure quality and consistency of translated documents.
