Requirements
- Master’s degree in Interior/Architecture Design
- Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (>150,000ft2)
- Experience working with Financial and Professional Services firms
- Demonstrable experience leading large teams through all project stages including Construction Administration
- Authorisation to submit building documents and permits
- LEED Accreditation
- Proficiency in Revit and Autocad
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to create positive relationships with outside design firms, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders to reach consensus
- Experience mentoring and developing junior employees
Tasks
- Lead the team in collaboration with Studio Director and Principal
- Guide detailed technical development of design
- Provide technical input during construction document preparation
- Mentor and teach junior team members
- Oversee all project phases
- Design and implement planning according to HOAI, LPH 1 to 8
- Lead the design team to a cohesive and rational technical solution
- Ensure compliance with client’s brief and project requirements
- Maintain awareness of current building legislation and Quality Management System
- Check work and assembly plans
- Prepare bills of quantities and building specifications
- Interact with clients to achieve design intentions
- Coordinate with specialist planners
