Tasks

  • •Advise enterprise customers as a trusted technical expert
  • •Translate requirements into UI/UX and frontend solutions
  • •Enable customers to build brand-consistent, accessible applications
  • •Create mockups, prototypes, and design concepts
  • •Design frontend implementations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • •Support implementations with React and REST APIs
  • •Provide guidance on theming and component-based architectures
  • •Manage design-driven implementations throughout the customer lifecycle
  • •Partner with support and onboarding teams on projects
  • •Identify technical risks and scalability concerns
  • •Lead customer workshops to define implementation roadmaps
  • •Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers
  • •Share customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
  • •Improve internal processes and technical documentation
