- Support implementations with React and REST APIs
- Provide guidance on theming and component-based architectures
- Manage design-driven implementations throughout the customer lifecycle
- Partner with support and onboarding teams on projects
- Identify technical risks and scalability concerns
- Lead customer workshops to define implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers
- Share customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
- Improve internal processes and technical documentation
