- Strong knowledge of Mobile Mapping Systems, GNSS/INS, LiDAR, and imaging technologies
- Customer-centric mindset and dedication to technical support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse global teams
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Assist customers and dealers in maximizing geospatial product functionality
- Develop and deliver training sessions for users
- Handle customer interactions via email, phone, and online meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate high-priority issues
- Create and maintain documentation for knowledge bases
- Take ownership of side projects to explore tool potential
