Technical Cloud Customer Success Engineer(m/w/x)
Technical support for cloud and container-based platform implementation for custom software solutions. In-depth practical experience with cloud/cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes understanding required. 30 vacation days, plus Christmas and New Year's Eve off.

- In-depth knowledge of System Design and Architecture (end-to-end understanding, option evaluation, robust solution architectures)
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and common components/patterns
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Deployment Tools (Helm); GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) a plus
- Ability to explain complex technical matters structured (verbal and written)
- Customer-oriented work style
- Prioritization skills
- Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
Tasks
- Act as a technical contact for cloud customers
- Support cloud platform implementation and operation
- Remove technical hurdles for customers
- Develop secure, repeatable solutions from best practices
- Explain complex technical issues clearly
- Consult customers on cloud planning and usage
- Advise on cloud adoption and evolution
- Record and prioritize technical problems
- Analyze problem causes and develop solutions
- Plan and moderate customer workshops and training
- Conduct tailored technical deep dives
- Create reproducible reference setups for use cases
- Conduct regular consultations with partners
- Lead joint customer meetings with partners
- Coordinate requirements and technical issues with partners
- Propose and develop content like blog articles
- Share best practices to enable customers
- Gather customer insights and identify trends
- Communicate bugs, features, and documentation gaps
- Identify relevant market and technology trends
- Classify trends for customers and partners
- Derive actionable next steps for customer problems
