- •Coordinate cross-team inputs for customer engagements
- •Track execution and follow-up after customer meetings
- •Lead technical customer meetings with subject-matter experts
- •Break down complex initiatives into actionable steps
- •Draft architecture diagrams and workflows to accelerate decisions
- •Implement process improvements to increase execution speed
