Requirements
- •University degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent experience
- •At least 5 years IT development or project experience
- •Fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
- •Profound knowledge of Dispute/Fraud process and RiskShield
- •Experience with external customers in project contexts
- •Programming skills in Java, C, and middleware
- •Expert knowledge in Linux and Windows Server
- •Extensive hands-on experience in process analysis and QA
- •Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium IT, Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- •Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Entwicklung
- •Fundierte Kenntnisse des Dispute/Fraud-Prozesses und Riskshield
- •Erfahrungen mit externen Kunden in Projektarbeit
- •Programmierkenntnisse in Java und C
- •Erfahrung mit Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS, Hibernate, SQL, DB2
- •Expertenwissen in Linux und Windows Server
- •Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse und Qualitätssicherung
- •Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

- •Identify and document complex technical requirements
- •Liaise with customers and departments for solutions
- •Analyze and document RiskShield business processes
- •Manage and coordinate technical requirements

- •Evaluate requirement feasibility and implementation timelines
- •Act as a central contact for projects
- •Review and analyze application software
- •Perform regular software updates
- •Participate in the on-call service rotation
- •Coordinate with national and international customers
