Description

In this role, you will lead the architectural strategy and guide the engineering team in building a scalable platform. You will define the technical roadmap, oversee development processes, and ensure effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• •10+ years experience designing distributed systems
• •Experience with high availability, scalability, reliability, and cloud architecture patterns
• •Extensive experience in cloud computing and system architecture
• •Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• •Proven experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale systems
• •Deep understanding of architectural patterns and principles
• •5+ years of experience in eMobility software
• •Strong interest and know-how in the eMobility industry
• •Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• •Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
• •Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Strong work ethic and a passion for technology

Tasks

• •Develop and maintain high-level architecture domains for the platform
• •Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of all technology components
• •Define technical direction and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• •Create target-state architecture and modernization roadmap
• •Guide software design and development processes
• •Conduct code and architectural reviews
• •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• •Communicate architectural recommendations to stakeholders
• •Engage with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements
