In this role, you will drive the recruitment process for technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and managing offers, all while supporting company growth.

Requirements

• •2 years of experience in talent acquisition in a high-tech or engineering-focused environment
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• •Willingness to travel to Ulm once a month
• •Strong ability to manage multiple roles while meeting tight deadlines
• •Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• •Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• •Educational background in an engineering field is considered a strong advantage

Tasks

• •Actively source candidates through various channels
• •Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
• •Create job descriptions and provide insights on candidate selection
• •Review resumes and conduct initial video calls
• •Guide candidates through the interview process
• •Schedule and manage interviews with clear communication
• •Provide structured feedback to candidates and interview teams
• •Extend and negotiate job offers
• •Prepare employment contracts in line with company policies
• •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• •Contribute to HR projects like employer branding and recruitment marketing
