Requirements

  • •Understanding of developer needs and challenges
  • •Experience in guiding teams focused on developer productivity, platform engineering, and developer experience
  • •Fearless and proactive approach to software development
  • •Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, and developer tooling ecosystems
  • •Strong expertise in Secure Software Development Life Cycle practices and implementation
  • •Familiarity with developer portals, internal platforms, and self-service tooling
  • •Experience implementing developer-centric security and compliance controls
  • •Effective communication skills for connecting technical concepts with business value
  • •Data-informed approach to measuring and improving engineering efficiency
  • •Demonstrated success in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse engineering talent
  • •Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and LLM integration
  • •Good understanding of Kubernetes, mesh networking, and service discovery
  • •Knowledge of authentication systems and API gateways

Tasks

  • •Build and nurture the Engineering Enablement team
  • •Contribute to the strategic roadmap for developer tooling and workflow improvements
  • •Implement metrics to measure engineering productivity and quality
  • •Establish streamlined CI/CD pipelines that ensure security and quality
  • •Collaborate with security and compliance teams to integrate protective guardrails
  • •Cultivate engineering excellence through best practices and documentation
  • •Partner with engineering leaders to identify and resolve productivity bottlenecks
  • •Design and implement well-documented workflows for common engineering tasks
  • •Enable effective onboarding experiences for new engineers
